Our office values the privacy and security of our patients “protected health information” (we comply with current HIPAA guidelines in regard to transmission, sharing and storing information). When visiting our office, you will be provided with a “Notice of Privacy Practices” along with a request for signature on a “Patient Disclosure Authorization Form”. If desired, patients can click below to read this information prior to their office visit.
Our office does transmit insurance claims electronically for payment along with submitting patient information by email for referral to dental specialists. We always strive to maintain patient/doctor confidentiality through this process of communication.
